LIFE COACHING and FITNESS COACHING FEES AND PACKAGES
Life Coaching or Fitness and Weight Loss Coaching Packages
Depending on which program is best for you, you will meet with your coach anywhere from 1 to 4 times per month via phone, with e-mail or online follow-ups between each session.
Your coaching package includes one on one telephone coaching sessions with your coach, supplemental reading materials, tools and handouts, and occasional newsletters and suggested readings.
Your First Session—The Initial Goals Session
If you want to explore coaching as an option, then schedule an initial goals session (at a reduced fee), During your first Consultation / Goals Session, you will clarify your goals, get to know your coach, get clear about what you want, explore things you can do to get closer to reaching your desired outcome, and come up with an action plan so you can start getting results right away! The session will last approximately 30 minutes, and if you decide that coaching is something that could be beneficial for you, then you simply pick the plan that is best for you.
If you already know that coaching is right for you, then when you purchase a package, we’ll do the initial session at NO COST to you. We’ll simply include it (at no charge) with any package. We want you to be satisfied, and want you to have a useful and detailed action plan that will help get you going, and get your life in motion.
Life Coaching Packages
We offer several coaching options designed to help you get the most from your coaching experience, and get your desired results based on your goals, your time-frame, and your level of motivation. If you’re not sure what coaching is about, and just want to explore it as an option, then we’ll schedule your first session at an introductory rate. Once you’ve participated in the Initial Goals Session, then you have several coaching packages to choose from, based on your needs and budget.
If you already know that coaching is for you, then when you purchase a package, we include the First Goals Session at NO CHARGE. Then we’ll get you set up, get you started, and get you moving.
