During your first session with your life and/or fitness coach, you can expect more than just a getting-to-know- you interview.

You’ll get an opportunity to make a plan, and define what you want, and get clear about what your goals are, and what’s standing in your way. During your first session, you will be introduced to the coaching process, you will discuss your goals and your current situation, and you will get an opportunity to know your coach.

We’ll explore your satisfaction level(s) with your life, and its different domains, and talk about where you’d like to start focusing your energy. We’ll prioritize tasks, and then we’ll come up with an action plan to get you started so you can start getting results right away!

After your first appointment, you can expect to have a greater sense of clarity, a vision of what you’d like to change, and a useful plan to help you start getting what you want. We want you to be encouraged, excited, and motivated about the process, your plan, and your results.

What if I decide coaching is not for me? 

No problem. Life Coaching isn’t for everyone. If you’ve only purchased the Initial Goals Session, you’ll be under no obligation to continue coaching, unless you want to. Sometimes it just helps to get a little feedback, clarify your goals and plans, and give you a little encouragement to keep on the path. During your first session, you can discuss what you’re doing, where you’d like to go, and whether or not coaching is for you. If it’s not, we understand. We’ll just encourage you to keep up the good work, and keep us in mind if you ever do decide to try working with a Coach


What if I decide coaching IS for me?

Great! If you’re happy with your first session, and you think that what we have to offer is valuable and effective for you, then after your initial session with your Coach, you will determine what kind of coaching package is best for you, depending on your goals, your needs, and how quickly you want to see the results of the changes you desire. 

And if you already know that coaching is something you’d like to try, then when you purchase a package, we’ll INCLUDE the First Session at NO CHARGE.


Do you offer free coaching sessions? 

We don’t offer “free” coaching. We believe in what we do, and we want you to be invested in the process, and be ready and motivated to make change. We’re confident that with after just one session, you’ll be pleased with the results and want to continue.

To get started, we ask that you participate in an Initial Consultation and Goals Session with your coach, at a reduced per session rate. If you purchase a package up front, we’ll include the First Session at NO CHARGE. It will be included with any package you choose. If you’re not sure about coaching, and just want to explore it as an option, then simply schedule the one session, and then decide if it’s something you’d like to continue with.

If you decide not to continue with coaching then that’s okay, too. You’ll still have a better vision, a better articulated goal, and some ideas of what you can do to get moving.  And we hope that when you ARE ready, and the next time you consider coaching, you’ll come back to us and let us help you get started on living a life that is fulfilling, satisfying, and above all, moving in a positive direction.
